Nordic Style Breakfast

I serve a three course, 5-star, Nordic breakfast. The breakfast is complimentary for my Airbnb guests.

Course One

Fresh Berries, Swedish and Icelandic Yogurt, Grains, Nuts, and Seeds.

Course Three

Nordic Waffles, Norwegian Brown Cheese, and Jam.

Course Two

Smoked Trout, Salmon, Norwegian Soft Ham, Shrimp and Bacon Cheeses with Caviars, Eggs, Pate, and Crackers.
